FITDANCE™ is created and licensed by Latin Dance World Champion whose motivation was to combine full-body workout with learning how to dance latin dances such as ChaCha, Samba, Salsa and more. Let's be honest, who wants to run alone on a treadmill for hours? Dance Yourself to Your Fitness. :)
