What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
I have experienced and overcome many of the same challenges as my clients, such as fear of change, procrastination, dead end relationships and life altering crises. I am also a cancer survivor. I connect with clients on a personal level. Coaching isn't just a way to earn a living, it's my calling.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
People often come to me for advice and I love it when they tell me it worked. I genuinely enjoy helping others and was looking for a way to give back when I received a second cancer diagnosis. I had long wanted to be a life coach. That diagnosis was the wake-up call for me to pursue that dream.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people help themselves. The relationship between coach and client is co-creative. Coaches don't tell clients what to do but help them the find answers within. There is no better feeling than when clients tell me they love that I helped them shift perspective and figure it out on their own.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
I was able to talk, vent and unload with Rhonda in a judge free atmosphere. She allowed me to talk out my concerns and come to my own conclusions. We discussed specific action items that I could do, with deadlines, to help me begin having closure. Rhonda was patient, attentive and easy to talk to."
