What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? Classes are held in our bright, modern sewing lounge. Our projects and fabrics are hand-picked for each age group and are tailored to the lifestyle of today's kids. They'll make emoji pillows and tech cases, not potholders.

Do you provide any materials? What should your students expect to bring? Students may bring a sewing machine if they have one, but do not need to. We have all the materials they'll need.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? The inspiration behind Urban Sewciety was to bring a fresh perspective on sewing to the younger generation. We carry a selection of fabric prints in bold colors and designs as well as modern boutique patterns.

What do you love most about your job? We are amazed every day by the creativity, imagination, and abilities of our students. The best part is watching them succeed at completing a project and seeing the pride they feel.
