Certified fitness trainer and yoga instructor Ken Wolf built his signature workout, The Lean Technique, from what he feels are the most effective components of several fitness disciplines. Blending techniques from yoga and Pilates with elements of isometrics and resistance training, his method guides participants through brief, intensive workouts. During Cross Train Spin, for example, indoor cycling sessions lead into weight lifting and stretching. BodyBlast tones the core and legs, whereas YogaCore combines the gentle stretching of yoga with muscle-testing arm and leg work. Ken travels to clients' homes for private yoga lessons.
