Wild Side Brewing Company, Grand Rapids

Nicholas Scott has always wanted to create a place where he could combine his passion for beer and nature. This is how Wild Side Brewing Company was born. Its core value is respect towards the environment. The brewery specializes in wild ales produced from seasonal, locally-purchased ingredients. They carry a wide variety of other local and regional craft beers on their guest taps that can be included in the flight.

• Reese (7.5%): This sour wild ale is fermented with house mixed culture and blended with strawberries.
• Honeywizzle (6.5%): This honey beer is blended with Ohio honey and pilsner malt.
• Native Star (5.5%): This American wild ale is aged in an oak barrel with the house culture that includes wild yeast and bacteria native to the region.
• Micro Aggression: A north eastern style IPA with notes of mango and melon that finishes soft and citrusy.
