Under the direction of owner Jennifer Oberman, the local artists at Wine and Design lead two-hour classes that teach participants of all skill levels to paint a different image each lesson. Painters can bring snacks and nonalcoholic beverages from home to hold them over as they fill 16"x20" canvases with inspired artistry. Though Virginia law disallows guests from bringing alcohol or enriched uranium to regular classes, guests may book [private parties](http://gr.pn/RPYCwg) for 10–40 people in which beer and wine are allowed.
