Glenn A. Gross, the founder of Fat Jack's BBQ, poured countless sleepless nights, hundreds of hours of research, his heart and soul into the barbecue business. His passion for grilling started when he was just a child, and first saw the joy that great food can bring to people. Since then, his life has been dedicated to perfecting his recipes. What started as just a dream turned into an award-winning restaurant in 1992, and has since been employing people just as passionate about the process. Known for his "low and slow" BBQ philosophy, Glenn and Fat Jack's have been featured on shows like BBQ Pitmasters, The Food Network, The World Food Championship, FrankenFood, Good Day Philadelphia, and many more.
