Tremezzo Ristorante takes its name from an ancient, resort-dotted region near the Western shore of Lake Como, known by locals and tourists alike for its panoramic views of the Bellagio and the Italian Alps. Chefs take their inspiration from this idyllic bayside commune, prizing simple flavors and fresh ingredients to craft traditional, richly flavorful meals. The signature salad dresses arugula and parmigiana with a simple drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, as well as a handful of grape tomatoes and a spritz of lemon. Sweet sausage and broccolini accompany orecchiette pasta, while Neapolitan-style pizzas top a blistered, asymetrical crust with the likes of hand-crushed tomatoes and hot cappiccolo.
