PIYO is a group fitness class that combines the best of Yoga, Pilates and Core Fitness. You will gain strength, increase your flexibility and burn calories!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We use up beat music and have very relaxed environment!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I've been teaching group fitness classes for over 12 years and have found PIYO to be the "all encompassing" style class that I love. It gives you the complete workout you need without taxing your body with hign impact moves.

What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people find their passion for fitness!
