VFS Academy is a high-level MMA gym, helmed by experienced coach Mike Valle. Coach Mike continues to train professional fighters in kickboxing, Muay Thai, and MMA, and works with several top UFC stars. Coach Mike has developed a no-contact fighting and striking system that can also help non-professional fitness enthusiasts get in shape. In addition to the Valle Flow Striking classes, the gym also offers kickboxing, boxing, personal training, and pro-MMA training with Coach Mike.
