Meg and Chris, the owners of Health Junkie, have more than 20 combined years of health and wellness professional experience. They've competed lots of bodybuilding shows and helped others reach their goals as well. Now they're transferring their skills and knowledge about nutritious food into meal-prep service that offers patrons a weekly rotating menu full of home-cooked, pre-portioned meals. All meals are made fresh each Sunday so that customers can be fully prepared for the week ahead and start it on a healthy note.
