Striped Lion Distilling, Woodbury

Striped Lion Distilling was established by Kevin and Erin Wright whose love for each other equaled their love for rum collecting. Together they've decided to open a craft distillery that focuses on producing and processing rum and rum-based liqueurs. Striped Lion Distilling features a tasting room where visitors may sample the craft products as well as embark on a tour of the facility.

Produced spirits include:

• Striped Lion Pot Still Rum: fermented from organic American molasses, it features a natural sweetness.
• Citrus Rum: 100% pot-distilled and produced from organic molasses, this drink is vapor distilled through citrus peels to add flavor without the need for artificial aromas.
• Cinnamon Rum: made from organic molasses and 100% pot-distilled, this liquor is produced with the addition of cinnamon sticks.
• * Cocoa Rum*: fermented from organic American molasses and is 100% pot distilled. It is then vapor distilled through organic cocoa nibs, adding flavor without using artificial ingredients
• * Rum Collectors’ Reserve 2020 *: It is a blend of 4 to 10-year-old pot and column distilled rums. There is no sweetener or coloring added to this rum.
• * Overproof Rum(120 Proof/60% ABV)*: It is fermented from organic American molasses and is 100% pot distilled. There is no sweetener or coloring added to this rum.
