JF Painting LLC was founded in 2012. Owner and Operator Joseph Ferlauto has been a New Jersey painting professional for over 10 years. Joseph spend much of that time helping local New Jersey home owners and businesses recover from Hurricane Sandy.

Mr. Ferlauto is fully trained and licensed to paint for any painting project. Whether it be commercial, industrial or residential painting, JF Painting LLC has you covered!

Every painting project undertaken by JF Painting LLC follows the painting guidelines as set forth by the the Painting and Decorating Contractors of America (PDCA)

Change Orders

This is only a proposal and your acceptance is subject to our approval in order to make this contract binding.

If after you agree to this work, you desire any changes of additional work, please contact us as the cost of all revisions must be agreed upon in writing. Workers are instructed not to undertake additional work without authorization.

Starting date is to be agreed upon verbally. Changes may require additional cost.

It is essential that the work area be available to us, free from other trades. As a result of trade interference, J.F. Painting LLC may leave the job and additional charges may be incurred.

Due to the concealed conditions of existing wall coverings, it may be impossible to estimate the labor of removal and preparation necessary to achieve a properly painted or wall papered surface. Under normal conditions wall covering can be removed properly without damage to the surface; however, sometimes the substrate has not been sealed properly or other hidden conditions may exist. Due to these factors, added labor and material cost may become necessary. If these conditions exist, the owner will be notified before further work commences.

Our painting professionals double check both your color choices and our own work. We review everything with you to insure we understand percisely what you want. Any objects or surfaces will be covered and protected that are not being painted. All painting surfaces will be carefully prepared. This is because we know that prep work is the most important aspect of any painting job. As a result, your interior painting project is practically guaranteed to be a virtual work art which you can enjoy for years to come.
