What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? O'Shea Yoga is one of the only studios in Northern New Jersey that offers daily Kundalini Yoga classes. Its peaceful atmosphere and supportive and vibrant community, make it a home away from home for many spiritual seekers and yoga students.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? Kundalini Yoga is a practice that heals and uplifts on all levels of the body, mind, and spirit. Students walk away from classes energized and healed. The experience and results of the practice provide all of the motivation necessary to keep students returning for yet another peak experience.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? The impetus for launching O'Shea Yoga was a strong desire to share practices and tools to significantly enhance the lives of others.

What do you love most about your job? What I love most about my work is witnessing individuals fall more deeply in love with themselves and supporting them in more deeply connecting with their unique and special gifts and strengths to uplift themselves and others.
