The bikes are standard at the cycling-only boutique, but every instructor puts their own spin on the music. Rev Rhythm 45 is a basic 45-minute class with high-energy dance tunes to power riders through. More advanced riders can move on to the Power Hour, or try the hip-hop and reggae-fueled Vitamin D Ride with D Gunnz, who focuses on speed intervals and climbs to really build up endurance and muscle.
