I was really surprised by how much it was to do. The numerous amount of exhibits and interactive activities for the family. I am a huge fan of aquarium no matter what state or country I visit. This one is truly one of my favorites. Only negative experience was the restaurant is very expensive for what you’re getting. Also, once I clicked pay for my Groupon coupon the computer move my day that I purchased to another day that I did not want. I had to go to customer service at the aquarium to beg them to give it to me for that time and that day, which we all in my group purchased. I also noticed other people in line with the same problem. But other than that, the aquarium is absolutely wonderful.
Because of an error that I made, I had issues with this product. I have a MacBook and the product I bought was for a PC. It was not the company’s fault. Even so, David (from the company) helped remedy the situation even though it was clearly my fault. He took me through every step and helped me get the correct version of MS Office 365 installed and up and running. Thank you so much!
