It was wonderful! Everyone was terrific except one associate wasn’t very kind when she explained how things were done when the kids were filling boxes. But for that it was terrific!

Great experience! My toddler loved the mini bowling and Krazie golf. Clean establishment and friendly staff! The grilled cheese and fries were really good too!

They were very gracious in working with tickets. Staff kind. Small enough to easily supervise preteens, on a Friday lines short and children rode a lot.
Know it is difficult to get staff, but restrooms outside could use some attention during the day.
Very clean, friendly environment! We have been to 2 of their rooms and loved them both. They will help you if you're super close to solving a step. A couple of the steps are a little glitchy, so if you're sure of an answer, try it a couple times (flipping switches don't always engage). We had to have them manually open a door because we were entering the right code but it didn't engage after several tries. But they are watching the whole time, so they don't let you lose time. The games themselves are some of the best we've done with great thinking/deducing that has to happen. Even with the glitches, definitely worth checking out!
