10 Online Group Fitness & Yoga Classes
BACH, the leaders in virtual group fitness classes, is offering this incredible deal.
We’re teaching 18 classes and 7 days per week, including HIIT, Yoga, strength & conditioning, stretching and core-focused sessions. All classes are taught on Zoom and can be done in the comfort of your own home with no equipment needed (a yoga mat is required for yoga).
5 Private Online Personal Training or Yoga Sessions
All you need is your computer or phone and the Zoom app on either.
You register for a class online at our website and we will email you the link to the Zoom meeting room 15 minutes before the class starts.
The Fine Print
Historically, BACH has provided in-person, at-home training, yoga and Pilates instruction and quickly shifted to exclusively offer virtual fitness and wellness sessions for companies, residential communities and individuals when the COVID-19 pandemic began in March 2020. BACH’s 30+ nationally certified fitness and wellness experts help people feel better by teaching strength training, yoga, HIIT, Pilates, stretching and meditation in multiple virtual classes around the country every day.
