About Baoery Asian Gastropub
Executive Chef Greg Richie knows a thing or two about fusion cuisine. Throughout his culinary career he's combined his native Southern flair to Asian and European sensibilities in some of the country's top restaurants, including Emeril Lagasse's Tchoup Chop and Roy Yamaguchi's Roy’s Restaurant in Hawaii Kai. Now on his own, Chef Greg crafts the menu at Baoery Asian Gastropub. There, he's reimagined the traditional Chinese steamed bun. Rather than filling buns, he wraps thin rounds of the dough around slow-roasted pork belly, fried tofu and mushroom, and Korean-style fried chicken like a taco or sandwich.
