Coupon indicated to make an appt but when I called they said they didn’t take appts. When I came in they said they were booked.

Had to wait 10-15 mins till the owner/manager comes. After that he took care of my car and it took around 40 mins to change the oil which was fine. I Only had to pay tax. Good deal !

I would recommended Big O Tires, the gentleman T. Chesney was very kind and patient. I definitely appreciate that I didn’t feel the pressure to purchase more than I came in for, especially after having a little trouble finding my redeem barcode. Overall I will come back for future maintenance with my cars. The business was clean, other employees were generous and polite.

The Groupon is a little misleading. Apparently this Groupon is for toe-alignment only, not wheel alignment. Still a good deal if you want toe alignment, just know you aren’t getting the entire alignment package when using this
