I'm loving my classes at Body Central. Truly a solid pilates studio with all grass rooting in "Joseph Pilates" original form.

About Body Central Studio

At Body Central Studio, the ceilings are high and the walls are covered in mirrors, meaning students have plenty of room to practice Pilates and study their form while doing so. While the studio teaches the fitness system through mat classes, the majority of the rooms also come stocked with machines such as the Cadillac and the Reformer, each of which strengthen cores, tone muscles, and have names that sound like Steven Seagal films.
