Private gym located right in scott's addition offering group and one on one training. Strength and conditioning specialist trainers excelling in knowledgeable information to the development and implementation of proper exercise selection regarding intensity, specificity, and progressive overload.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
By bringing my best EVERYDAY and being vocal in the exercise routines. Setting short and long term goals is also very important, reminding them why they started and surrounding them with great people!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The joy in being able to help clients reach their goal and being a part of something new and challenging for them to see a physiological and physical change in their lives.

What do you love most about your job?
The relationships you build with the clients! Working out is a lifestyle and being able to help someone step by step progressing towards their goals is satisfying to say the least.
