In my head I quit the class about 5 times on each exercise. I really enjoyed the class and will continue. I told my sister and daughter about Ken. Ken and his team are very positive and helpful.

Completed my first workout with BodyByKen and it’s an awesome environment to work out in! It’s all about teamwork, everyone is super friendly, and everyone cheers everyone else on! It’s a great place to start if you currently want to make a change but feel overwhelmed not knowing where to start.

I used my birthday money to purchase this Groupon it was by far the best present I got beginfit has Challenged me in so many ways the workouts are awesome they are tough but I come home feeling energized. the trainers are amazing they will push you to your full potential I have not only gained an amazing workout I also gained a great support system the ladies encourage you every step of the way

Challenging workouts with an encouraging team! This was my first workout since I moved to the area and it's filled with wonderful women of all fitness levels who are supportive and just the right amount of competitive!
BEST PARTS:
I was able to push myself along with the trainer's help from BEginFIT to BootcampHD in just over a month and feel stronger, more energized and proud of myself for getting up and getting my workout in while seeing a gorgeous sunrise in the mornings!
POSSIBLE DOWNSIDE:
You are required to purchase a team t-shirt (which is considered part of the team uniform), weights and boxing gloves, so the up front costs are a little more than I expected, but it helps vary the workouts and now I have gear I've been meaning to purchase for a while anyway!
I enjoyed a whole summer of amazing outdoor classes, and in Fall and Winter they move indoors, so no issues with weather.
