"Just think of us as the Gucci of hair," says Canyon Falls Spa & Salon managing partner Adam Rimmel. "If you want nice hair extensions, you come to me." That's because Adam, who has worked in the extension business for more than six years, works with exclusive suppliers to bring in 100% human hair. He also ensures that a state-accredited company certifies all of his extension master stylists.
But Canyon Falls Spa & Salon's three locations offer more than just extensions—clients can expect attentive, professional service from any hairstylist, aesthetician, or nail technician on the staff. "They're all local, so they're all looking to build their clientele based on their positive customer experiences," Adam says, adding that many of his employees have a following of regular customers. He also calls out his "phenomenal" skincare staff members, who boast an average of 10–12 years of experience. Intent on "improving skin, not just pampering skin," they wield premium beauty products whose quality often makes a strong impression—clients "know the difference as soon as they smell it," Adam says.
All the locations have private rooms for facials and waxing, as well as massage chairs with footbaths for pedicures.
