The menu at Catch 15 combines shareable small plates, Italian pastas and entrees, and an array of fresh, sustainably sourced oysters harvested from both of America's coastlines. Under the guidance of Chef Vincent Torres, the raw bar rolls out shucked oysters garnished with caviar and crème fraîche, spiced shrimp, little neck clams, and salmon carpaccio.
Diners supplement these seafood feasts with Italian-style tapas hailing from land and sea, such as grilled octopus over polenta or sweet melon studded with prosciutto. The kitchen also creates heartier entrees, hand-rolled gnocchi to be tossed in fresh basil pesto and searing veal piccata with garlic. Behind the bar, premium liqueurs are shaken and stirred into classic cocktails such as old-fashioneds and kir royales, and an expansive wine list provides a vintage to complement any dish on the menu.
