Christopher’s Prime Steak House and Grill uses optimum 21-day-aged USDA Prime hand-cut beef, seafood that’s flown in daily from around the world, and locally sourced produce to engineer upscale and elegant eats. The dinner menu bursts at the seams with hearty hand cuts of meat, such as the 16-ounce New York strip ($45) or the medallion of filet mignon with shrimp scampi ($29). Seafood seekers can drop culinary cargo nets into stomach shipholds with oceanic options including pesto-crowned Scottish Loch Duart salmon ($27). Other Neptunian nourishment includes the 10-to-12-ounce Canadian lobster tail ($45), plucked from the seas of rare and elusive all-tail shellfish. Midday meal-seekers can peruse Christopher’s lunchtime menu, featuring spinach salad ($9), chicken picatta ($12), and a portabella-mad mushroom-swiss cheeseburger ($8). Menu items and prices are subject to vary.

The mood is always set for a night of romantic dining at Christopher’s, thanks to dim lighting and rich hardwood floors, and midday sojourns in the seasonally decorated space stand strong for leisurely culinary comfort. Snack on seafood and steak without again setting out on a globetrotting hunt for the mysterious “Lobster Cow” with a meal at Christopher’s.

Christopher's Prime Steak House and Grill

At Christopher's Prime Steak House and Grill, every piece of prime, corn-fed beef ages for 21 days before it's ready to be served. Chefs then hand-cut beef into kansas city sirloin, new york strip, or "cowboy" chops before locking in the painstakingly cured flavor with 1,500-degree broilers. In addition to steak, the menu also boasts seafood flown in daily from around the world. Locally sourced produce adds organic texture to every meal and linen tablecloths add softness to obstinately hard tabletops. The Zagat-rated "excellent" eatery can seat diners on the outdoor patio or in the dining room, which can fit up to 300 guests for wedding receptions, banquets, or corporate events.

We went for our 10th wedding anniversary and had an amazing experience. The food was perfectly balanced and brought out as it was made. No waiting for everything to come out together. Our waiter was tentative without being pushy. His recommendation were perfect. The steak and prime rib were perfect. Moist, flavorful and cooked perfectly. The spin they took on ribs was great! A spicy plum sauce I was not sure about but greatly enjoyed. The ribs were moist and falling off the bone. My husband said the shrimp were some of the best he has ever had. The baked Brie was out of this world! The creme brûlée was light yet rich. The key lime pie was fantastic with the perfect balance of tart and sweet. They serve rolls with a delicious homemade balsamic honey butter as soon as you are seated. They pipe the mashed potatoes onto the plate and they are creamy and fluffy You cannot go wrong if you come here for dinner.
