Mostly an upsale as these 'get you in the door' sessions didn't show results. I didn't have an extra $1k to spend sadly which maybe would see results? Supposed to exercise, drink huge amounts of water & watch what eat/drink immediately before & after or the fat will deposit elsewhere supposedly. If don't have extra money for extra sessions or time to follow wouldn't suggest.
