If the eyes are the windows to the soul, the nose is the secret portal to the soul's stockpile of sweet-smelling contraband. Show your nose some love with today's Groupon: for $699, you get a non-surgical nose job at Ciao Bella Medical Spa & Vein Clinic in Chandler (a $1,400 value). This procedure will not reduce the size of the nose but can help even out bumps, lift drooping tips, and correct previous rhinoplasty imperfections. If patients don't qualify for this procedure, the Groupon's value can be used toward any other service.

Making his noninvasive mark on a host of local news segments, Dr. Edgardo Zavala-Alarcon of Ciao Bella Medical Spa & Vein Clinic smoothes unwanted bumps during non-surgical nose jobs. Clients admire the elegant front lounge's burnt-orange walls, marbled floor tiles, and dark leather couches while following their noses to the treatment room. There, Dr. Zavala-Alarcon numbs the tip of the sneezer and injects a special dermal filler featuring microsphere-enhanced collagen as patients watch in a handheld mirror. Once under the skin, the microspheres create a kind of internal scaffolding that props up the nose; over time, the body's own tissue grows over the artificial filler, creating long-lasting bump reduction. A bit of surgical tape sheathes newly straightened smellers before clients head out to resume daily activities, such as running errands or running with scabbarded scissors.

Ciao Bella Medical Spa & Vein Clinic

Dr. Edgardo Zavala-Alarcon comes from a long line of Mexican doctors, a tradition he continued by becoming a prominent cardiologist in Mexico. But when his country's climate grew unstable in the 1990s, he made the tough decision to uproot his family and move to the United States. Though not an easy transition—one filled with the years-long process of becoming reaccredited as a cardiologist—Dr. Zavala-Alarcon trucked on, eventually becoming an Arizona hospital’s chief of cardiology and obtaining his certificate in cosmetic surgery. He now operates out of his own family-run clinic, where he enhances clients' natural beauty with treatments ranging from nonsurgical nose jobs and laser vein-removal treatments to liposuction and breast augmentation. His extensive knowledge of internal medicine and cardiology serves him well in the cosmetic field, as it helps decrease the usual risks associated with surgical procedures.

Inside Ciao Bella Medical Spa & Vein Clinic, patients are greeted in an elegant front lounge filled with burnt-orange walls, marbled floor tiles, and dark leather couches. From there, they whisper a secret password to a potted plant before being led to a treatment rooms, where Dr. Zavala-Alarcon and his trained medical staff provide informative consultations before administering aesthetic procedures.
