One haircut, deep-conditioning treatment, and full highlight
I bought the full highlights, deep conditioning, and cut package. I added on lowlights. Mindy took her time and did an incredible job! My hair feels like silk, and the much needed highlights and lowlights are exactly what I wanted. Thank you!
