What was the inspiration to start or run this business? I was just tired of working for someone else that did not care about their customers and of the quality of work they were delivering to their customers.
What do you love most about your job? What I love is that I can produce a good repair for all my customers and I give them that peace of mind that their car was repaired properly.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? Can't thank these guys enough for the job they did. He knocked out a couple of dents, you can't even tell they were there. Subaru's tend to have a thinner sheet metal (very susceptible to dings), and he made it look like it never happened! 5 stars all the way, thanks!
