What do I think so far? I must say that I’m enjoying my first week of workouts. Me my Sister-In-Law and my Daughter are as all excited!...... You push us to give are all in all, you have encouraged us to work as a team we are TEAM “W” and that’s just how we are doing it even at home. Thanks! Coach Greg Team “W” is looking forward to five more weeks.

I'm in the middle of my three-week training. It has got a little harder; it's like your mind and body have to become one with each other. I need to keep pushing myself to become better because this isn't for Coach Greg, it's for me. Coach Greg is here to support me, to help me strengthen and buildup my weak area. It's not easy at all, but I know I can do it. Keep pushing!
