Absolutely amazing Pilates studio. I'm not sure if it's the owner but whoever greeted me and taught the class was so fantastic.
I'm very much a beginner and there's of certain things I just can't do and she was so nice about showing me adaptions and making me feel good in the class.
The instructors were super nice and welcoming. Every class I attended I enjoyed. They teach you the basics and are very encouraging! They answer well to any questions and create a safe space. They have lockers available to use so you may put away your personal items.

I am very happy with the price and the quality of the videos. I look forward to being able to do more yoga at home to save time. I feel like the videos will give a great yoga experience linking breath to movement. I am not sure about the integration of yoga philosophy yet.
