About Colombo's Delicatessen

Family-owned and operated since 1986, Colombo's Delicatessen was founded by Emily and Doris Colombo. In the beginning, the married couple and their children manned the deli counter, doling out gourmet sandwiches inspired by family recipes for lunch and catering events.

Today, even after a much-needed expansion and remodel, not much has changed. Diners will still find the Colombo family behind the counter, hand-crafting sandwiches like the Philidelphia hoagie which is stuffed with two types of salami, prosciutto, and provolone cheese, or their "adult" grilled cheese that features eight slices of cheese.
