One-month sessions begin with a 45-minute pretraining evaluation to assess current fitness level and set goals for the program. After that, athletes attend 60-minute cross-training classes with a maximum of eight students per coach. Using plyometrics, agility drills, and strength and conditioning training, coaches create custom work-out plans for each participant, focusing on improving strength, balance, and agility.
Classes are available Monday through Friday at 8 a.m., 9 a.m., 10 a.m., 11 a.m., 3 p.m., 4 p.m., 5 p.m., 6 p.m., 7 p.m. and Saturday at 8 a.m., 9 a.m., 10 a.m., and 11 a.m.
