What You'll Get
Although master yogis are far too relaxed and bendy for massage therapists to get a hold of, regular humans benefit greatly from the 3,000-year-old Ayurvedic tradition. For $45, today's Groupon releases your stress with a time-honored 90-minute Ayurvedic or Swedish/deep-tissue massage (a $105 value) at Creative Vibrations Yoga Studio, located on 31st Street.
Creative Vibration's certified massage staff is expertly trained in stress-draining muscle manipulations of Ayurvedic and Swedish/deep-tissue varieties. Join the elders in their serene, rejuvenating country club of bliss with the Ayurvedic massage, which combines herbal oils and invigorating, deeply relaxing strokes and kneading to put you into a comawesome state of tranquilation. Stymie the effects of stress that are wrecking the very foundation of everything America's cardiovascular system stands for and throw yourself onto the table for a Swedish/deep-tissue session. For 90 minutes, your physical and mental tension will be relieved with long, flowing Swedish strokes combined with the spot-treating pressure of deep tissue, the knot-releasing precision of trigger point, and the specialized attention that your muscles and mind need for a fully relaxing experience. Creative Vibrations' convenient location makes arriving in style as easy as jumping a taxi to Ditmars Boulevard or taking a turnstile like a normal, law-abiding citizen. Once you enter the serene retreat environment, your body will immediately begin to relax in preparation for the thorough knot untying to come. Call ahead to schedule your appointment, or use telepathy and remain exactly where you are until the nice men arrive in a van.

- The massage was both relaxing and invigorating. The therapist used herbal warm oils from India for an enchanced [sic] effect. The treatment lasted for 75 minutes, and I can still feel its effect on my body a few days later - the deep sense of relaxation and relief in the muscles. – amy, Google Maps
- I come here regularly for deep-tissue massage therapy and yoga classes and the studio's serene and friendly atmosphere is a great addition to the neighborhood. – george h., Yelp

About My Yoga Revolution Studio
My Yoga Revolution Studio employs a unique method of Vinyasa yoga to harness the therapeutic properties of the art. Its form of the discipline emphasizes focused breathing in each posture. They meld those teachings into their classes, custom yoga therapy sessions, all-levels classes, and retreats for beginners, experienced practitioners, and those with injuries and chronic health conditions. All-levels classes teach advanced asanas such as inversions and arm balances, while guided meditation focuses on soothing relaxation techniques. For a more personalized healing session, teachers detoxify the body with Ayurvedic consultations and Panchakarma therapy, which corrects seasonal imbalances in the body over a three-five-seven-day period.
In addition to teaching students the art of therapeutic yoga, the studio offers 200-hour yoga teacher training for students that can be taken over six weekends or within three weeks. Teacher training aims to help graduates learn the necessary skills to teach yoga and market and self-promote themselves in a variety of settings, ranging from gyms to private practices. When the serene interior of the studio isn’t enough to whisk their students’ minds to another place, the staff whisks away their bodies by leading regular retreats to the Catskills and Bali.
