CrossFit 101 classes meet three times a week for two weeks. During the class, trainers introduce students to the principles of CrossFit and guide them through proper technique for the various power lifts, gymnastic techniques, and conditioning drills involved in CrossFit classes. CrossFit Roscoe's experienced and certified trainers help clients achieve their fitness goals. The team designs new workouts each day that reflect CrossFit’s principles of varied, functional fitness exercises. Though the workouts change from day to day, they often include moves such as weightlifting, running, rowing, gymnastics-inspired exercises, and less conventional exercises such as sled pushing and tire flipping.
