Guests can choose from any class at CrossFit ESV or American Kickboxing Academy. CrossFit classes are valid only for sessions on Wednesday at 8 p.m., Friday at 7 p.m., or Saturday at 9 a.m. Click here for the schedule for other classes.
If taking CrossFit classes, guests are required to take six fundamental CrossFit classes before they can move on to regular CrossFit training sessions. During fundamental classes, certified instructors teach up to 25 beginning students the skills and foundational functional movements necessary to move forward with the CrossFit program. After students complete these, they’re ready to sharpen their skills during regular group classes. In these classes, students build power, stamina, and flexibility with intense functional movements that marry strength conditioning and cardio.
