CrossFit OTS3

Inside CrossFit OTS3's gym there are no TVs, no towel service, no distractions. There are simply barbells, pull-up bars, kettlebells, and lots of busting tail. Focus is key, and OTS3's trainers provide it, along with a heaping helping of encouragement. The certified CrossFit instructors teach a system of functional movements performed at a high intensity. To stave off boredom, they mix up exercise routines daily. Through these ever-changing, dynamic workouts, clients can ready themselves for all manner of physical activity, from running marathons to climbing mountains of stairs or just the landing up to your front door. To safely integrate newbies into the system, trainers start everyone off with a beginner's course.
