CrossFit OuterLimits

Encouragement fuels every workout at CrossFit OuterLimits. A crew of certified coaches take a supportive, enthusiastic approach to their workouts, which help clients simultaneously develop functional fitness and make strides toward personal goals. The training team challenges participants to continuously improve on an array of fitness metrics that pay dividends elsewhere in life, including coordination for tennis, agility for pickup basketball games, and endurance for playing catch with a pitching machine. The Workout of the Day—a lineup of movements that changes with every visit to the gym—might draw from Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, or competitive hugging on any given day, all designed to sculpt toned physiques and improve health, regardless of age or fitness ability.
