About CrossFit POP
At CrossFit POP, a crew of certified coaches leads exercisers through functional workouts that help clients develop a broad base of fitness. The team fosters a fun but challenging atmosphere that encourages participants to sweat and push themselves to better health through an ever-changing roster of movements. The Workout of the Day—the core of CrossFit—might draw from Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, or old-school calisthenics on any given day, all designed to sculpt physiques and improve health, regardless of age.
