At CrossFit Regulus, certified Level 1coaches lead clients through functional, constantly varied workouts performed at high-intensity. With each visit to the gym, exercisers step into a challenging, supportive atmosphere that encourages all participants to push themselves to their limits as they work through a roster of movements that's different than anything that came before.
