Exercising with friends allows you to morally support each other and trainers also offer continuous encouragement during intense sessions of ever-changing daily workouts that utilize functional-movement exercises, such as tossing medicine balls, jumping on and off plyometric boxes, and lifting weights. It’s a system, too, that rewards participants with enhanced agility, strength, and speed while prepping them for all work, sports, and daily activities.
