The youth camp helps young athletes in all sports excel in tryouts and at game time by building strong muscles and nimble feet. Camps run throughout the school year from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. <p>
The bootcamp tones bodies and boosts stamina with workouts tailored to each participant’s ability, and includes body composition testing, progress tracking, and a free T-shirt.
