Steve Trentham has LOADS of experience and knowledge and I feel comfortable that he will push me and yet not let me injure myself. I can't wait to start!

Very friendly place and its like personal trainer working with you to achieve my personal goal to loose weight. If your goal is to become fit and need personal trainers then this is the place to starts with.

The work out is intense and Steve is extremely knowledgeable about strength work outs and how the body reacts. i am totally looking forward to the results.

Steve and his wife have created a culture of family. Very personalized work out, even tho it is a group setting, he makes sure to take care of everyone individually as needed.

Steve is friendly and knowledgeable. He provides his trainees with a safe and comfortable environment while also making sure you leave his gym sore and feeling accomplished. Highly recommend!

Fitness coaches lead groups of up to 20 participants through 45 minutes of high-intensity cross-training workouts. Before beginning sessions, clients must attend a mandatory 60–90 minute orientation to familiarize themselves with the program’s exercises, which include bodyweight movements, kettlebell swings, squats, and more. The free orientations are held on Saturdays, and clients must register online. Private orientations may be available upon request on weekdays, but include an additional fee. Workout sessions are held Monday–Saturday in the morning and Monday–Thursday in the afternoon and evening. Session sizes are limited and availability is first-come, first-served.

Coach Steve Trentham and a team of trainers use Dallas Underground Strength & Fitness to summon the athlete from everyone, not by using an overabundance of exercise, but by making sure each session is focused, personalized, and effective. In addition to preparing college-bound clients for intense athletic careers that range from Division I soccer players to racing-horse impersonators, the team takes average citizens of all ages, fitness levels, and sizes under his wing. To help determine the perfect workout for each client, they conduct thorough fitness assessments, searching for both obvious and subtle clues in each exercise he has them perform. Once they have an understanding of how an individual's body works, the team of coaches blends targeted exercises with full-body workouts and nutritional advice to increase overall strength and performance.
