Diva Fitness focuses on building the inner woman while also sculpting the outer physique. We begin every session with prayer and end with sweat rolling and a sense of accomplishment.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Coach Tiffany, along with other members, provides positive reinforcement, encourages correct formation, laughs, smiles, and high fives. We know teamwork makes a dream work.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The desire to have a faith-filled environment surrounded by women of all fitness levels who are willing to put forth the effort to become the best version of themselves.
What do you love most about your job?
The opportunity to live as an example and physically support women identifying their truths and then giving the accountability to change their inner and outer lives.
