I made the first morning appointment so I had the place to myself. She took a lot of time grooming my nails and skin, beautiful pedi!

Lili did a great job with my feet and hands. I had a very dry skin and took care of me. Love the message chair! I will definitely recommend her service.

Customer service needs a lot of improvement. I was disappointed with the multiple times it took to setup an appointment. The women I spoke with was very short and easily frustrated because I couldn’t understand her. The salon and the spa chairs were new and nice. I like that it wasn’t busy and there weren’t overwhelming chemical smells. However, customers are paying a lot for an optional service. If people skills don’t improve, the salon will continue to be empty.

I really liked her service. She is kind and nice. I wish she could have spent some more time with the complete spa pedicure. Hope she would do it atleast next time.

Nancy was quite friendly and professional. Her English was very very poor. Bad to the point that I was unsure what I was agreeing to or whether my appointment was correctly scheduled. The location is quite poor, which is unfortunate. I'd love to see her getting more business. Great pedicure, but the experience itself was a bit lacking.
