My experience at the spa was amazing. I had Yen and she is gentle and firm at the same time. The tools they use in your hair feel wonderful. Also getting a facial and massage of your neck shoulders and arms is the ultimate in relaxation. After we were done she blow dried my hair and it felt like silk. I will be going back there. Much better experience there than other head spas I’ve tried.
