Dr Pepper Museum
Created in Downtown Waco in 1906, Dr Pepper is the nation’s oldest soft drink. The smooth, bubbly beverage is now memorialized in the Dr Pepper Museum — located just two blocks from the restaurant-filled Magnolia Market. The museum is comprised of three floors filled with information about Dr Pepper and the soft-drink industry at large. Among the exhibits are a curated collection of sports-drink memorabilia and a vintage 1940s Dr Pepper Green delivery truck perfect for a photo opportunity.
After perusing the exhibits, guests can indulge in a tasty treat at Frosty’s Soda Shop — featuring Blue Bell ice cream prepared on the only cold stone in Waco — or take home a Dr Pepper keepsake from Peggy Pepper’s Emporium.
