An active, insightful form of meditation, it can be applied anytime, anywhere and in any situation. Dynamic Meditation is based on a process of self-inquiry and is an everyday tool that helps participants manage today's busy world. It was developed and is taught by a Holistic Psychotherapist.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
DM classes began in 2010, when the creator saw the need for beginners to learn about the meaning of several forms of meditation while also providing a NEW form that is practical and portable.

What do you love most about your job?
I love knowing that a more peaceful and joyful life is possible by using this specific tool, and that it has changed many people's lives for the amazing better!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
From several customers, I have heard that it completely and utterly change their lives for the better in BIG ways and they now are daily meditators!
