The food is delicious, the staff are friendly and very laid back. Great place for families! My little guy loves it, we dance and sing along to the music on Friday and Saturdays.

I enjoyed their authentic German food. They were not well attended for lunch on a weekday. Most people think of them as a dinner house and it's fun when they have live music. The lunch specials are not included with the groupon. You can use the discount on their full priced meals. The service was good.

Edelweiss German Bierhaus and Restaurant's objective is to bring the authentic German cuisine to the Thousand Oaks area. Philip Powell-Hernandez, the restaurant's chef, uses fresh local ingredients to create variations of Bratwurst, Jägerschnitzel, and Spätzle while the serving staff dressed in traditional German dirndls makes sure the guests enjoy both their dining experience and an Oktoberfest-like atmosphere.
